Now yesterday afternoon there was a whole lot of talk about pizza. This weekend, I implore you Oppo, just go make your own. Even if you buy dough you are doing yourself a huge favor in savings, health and taste. Here is a trio of pizzas I made long ago, but just start with some crazy ingredients and go nuts. From the left are #1 BBQ chicken, #2 Clam and bacon white pizza and #3 meatball and light onion red pizza. It took around an hour to make 3 wildly different pizzas from scratch. Follow my pictorial using any old dough recipe off the net. Any ingredient questions fire away (I did have some homemade meatballs left over I used on that pie, and sauce)

I make my own from scratch usually a couple of times a week. That's what's for dinner tonight. Pulled pork pizza. I'll post some pics up in the process

I got an excellent pizza stone for Christmas, I must say I've been putting it to good use since. Our local grocery chain sells pretty decent fresh dough that's entirely serviceable with a bit of kneading. I can't provide SR20 because my phone is becoming awful but I made a spaghetti and meatball pizza the other night that was otherworldly. The secret is putting cheese above and below the sauced spaghetti, it helps everything stay in place when sliced.

I make my own dough from scratch. All in all its about 2 hours from start to eating pizza so I don't do it on weekdays. Tomorrow I will pizza and pizza hard! We like to use alfredo for sauce sometimes. Yum yum!

Interesting twist on traditional pizza. The first picture is homemade Italian sausage. The bottom pic is said sausage on French bread with fresh mozzarella and homemade sauce.
